Synopsis

Scarpet, believing Kilios' aura is what makes pursuers track them, covers Kilios in poop to mask his scent. They are then chased by seven mounted soldiers, but Scarpet, the mercenary leader, decides to engage them directly to buy Kilios time to rest. They discover a smuggler's bridge and cross, intending to destroy it, but one of them goes back to get Kilios, which causes a fight between the two because of the delay it creates.
