Synopsis

A master assassin encounters a warrior who can identify and lift curses, revealing his knowledge comes from a higher source. The Guildmaster of Taliah is introduced along with his anxious daughter who was spying on the warrior. The protagonist, reflecting on these events, notes that the timeline is changing and worries about the implications for his own goals, particularly regarding the recruitment of new members.
