Synopsis

Rudiger attends a festival, where he is immediately approached by an eccentric old man and then later recognized by a sharp student who deduces his identity as a professor based on his clothing and mannerisms. He receives a business card from the student before escaping. Later, Rudiger discusses a recent drug incident related to a werewolf attack with another professor where they talk about investigating further after their festival duties.
