Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonist deciding to make the 'Contract of Fire,' which involves controlling powerful magic. He then travels to his hometown, Hyran, accompanied by his escort. Upon arrival, he's met with unusual warmth and friendliness from the locals, and his past actions, seemingly unknown to most, are acknowledged by others. This includes his changing loyalties and the surprising depth of his mana and fire magic which are speculated about by others.
