Synopsis

The chapter features the Void Monarch, now a spirit possessing a young host, meeting Joo Won, a former rival who had assumed the name and identity of another. Their encounter includes a brief exchange of taunts before Joo Won decides to spare the possessed host and warns him of dangers in Travia. The protagonist, Lee Sungmin, is spurred to grow stronger after witnessing the power of the former rival and is described as someone who finds excitement rather than despair when faced with challenges. The possessed host is also revealed to be wielding the demon spear, which is how he's being identified.
