Synopsis

The chapter begins with Stella, a Z-ranked Starlight Witch, encountering a character being chased by a higher-ranked magician. She initially refuses to help until a quest forces her to protect the weaker character. Meanwhile, a group called the Bamboo Spear Revolutionaries, armed with a supposedly equalizing weapon, are quickly defeated by an extremely powerful player who demonstrates an 'unstable presence' that nullifies their attacks. The powerful player is later seen encountering a weaker female character.
