Synopsis

The Wudang Sect is trying to secure funding by aligning with the Cheongyang Merchant Association, facilitated by a disciple's family connections. Meanwhile, Jinmu, a recently appointed disciple, is surprisingly mastering martial arts and influencing other disciples, like Chungsang, who keeps returning to train with him despite previously winning against him. This is causing unease amongst the sect elders, who are also secretly hindering Jinmu's progress by not sending him aid and feel they need to punish him more harshly despite a prior agreement to leave him alone. They are further alarmed by his unexpected insight into their Gentle Cloud Sword's weakness.
