Synopsis

The chapter begins with a news report about a monster attack in the Gadam district. A hero arrives and quickly determines that the 'monsters' are actually mind-controlled civilians. The hero then uses his abilities to free one of the civilians. Meanwhile, a villain, who seems to be a returning antagonist, is shown observing the scene, expressing violent intentions towards the hero, before directly confronting him.
