Synopsis

The chapter opens with a villain named Blood causing havoc and terrorizing citizens. The protagonist, who appears to be a hero figure, is then confronted by someone he rescued previously who questions his fighting style, specifically if he went easy on the villain due to his 'Psyker' status. After briefly recovering, the hero refocuses on apprehending Blood who has taken hostages. The chapter concludes with the hero facing a tactical dilemma with the villain holding hostages.
