Synopsis

The chapter begins with a focus on tracking a target, revealed to be heading towards a hospital, and the characters monitoring him are using unconventional means like an ambulance for transportation. Meanwhile, a different character showcases their ability to control others through voice commands and threatens to turn another character into a puppet due to their 'indomitable strength', before being told off. The chapter culminates in a physical altercation between these two characters.
