Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist realizing that the magic crystal boosted his stats, though not by as much as he expected initially. He discovers a hidden skill that allows him to extract magic from weapons, which could be quite powerful but requires specific materials. Meanwhile, a serial killer is on the loose, raising concern and triggering debate among others, and one of the characters' sister is now in school and potentially a target. Towards the end, two girls are going out to play despite one having a curfew
