Synopsis

The chapter opens with a meeting of Vilzone bosses in Seoul, called by an unknown figure, to address the rising threat of the 'Money King.' Simultaneously, the Lampas special task force successfully apprehends the villain Ralph the Clown, showcasing their combat abilities. The chapter then shifts focus to two elite psykers being dispatched to Korea to deal with a large power struggle among villains, revealing the larger machinations behind these events and setting up future conflicts.
