Synopsis

Lee Oh Reum finds himself with a different, muscular body and unusual wounds after making a choice that involved an eye of captivation skill and a reward system. He tries to convince his sister that he is indeed her brother, relying on their personal history after she initially dismisses him. Meanwhile, a public event involving a mysterious explosion near their district is under investigation and a live streamer goes to investigate. As Oh Reum's sister wants to take him to the hospital he refuses, and heads to school with her to make people believe his identity with the aid of her status as a nurse.
