Synopsis

Xuan'er, back at the Ye family, makes two demands: the complete destruction of the Chen family, citing his previous killing of their young master, and access to the family treasury. He reveals he possesses a rare 'Devouring Physique' enabling him to consume treasures for power. Skeptical, the elders are partially convinced by his demonstration of new martial arts techniques he allegedly obtained from a hermit and, under the promise of further evidence, agree to provide him with a large sum of resources and discuss strategy the next day.
