Synopsis

The chapter establishes the conflict between the Wizard and Non-Wizard Alliances, highlighting the terrifying strength of Tunka and his followers, who are particularly brutal towards mages. A young master, accompanied by his entourage, is introduced and is revealed to have some knowledge of martial arts despite his appearance. He plans to go to the Magic Tower, demonstrating a sense of purpose and planning despite the chaotic situation in the Whipper Kingdom, which is still recovering from war.
