Synopsis

Cale travels to the Count Whilsman estate in the Northeast, worried about living up to his reputation as a lout among the young nobles. His group decides to manage the situation, allowing him to remain quiet and avoid formalities he dislikes. Meanwhile, Princess Rosalyn, disguised as a sorceress, observes Cale and realizes he is not the simple lout he pretends to be, recognizing his consideration and shrewdness. She suspects he's deliberately concealing his knowledge of her true identity.
