Synopsis

The chapter begins with characters speculating about the protagonist's relation to another character, followed by a dark elf sensing the protagonist's dragon-like power. This forces the protagonist into a corner, prompting him to consider revealing his true form. Subsequently, the group descends into an underground city of dark elves, who are revealed to thrive on 'death mana' and have a surprisingly positive relationship with humans, contrasting the typical elf-human animosity. The city is presented as unique, being built upon a land of death and where the dead mana it generates is a part of the natural cycle.
