Synopsis

Following the death of four Black Lion Captains, Prince Aintz and Count Kelterron use this chaos to their advantage, planning a coup against the current kingdom. They invite the remaining Black Lions to join their cause under the guise of celebrating their captaincy, attempting to gain their loyalty by framing their cause as serving a new 'proper king.' They heavily lean into convincing one of the new captains as the successor of the Mercenary King to add to their credibility, while dealing with the complex loyalty of others.
