Synopsis

The chapter begins with a chaotic battle scene where Holy Empire forces are struggling to defend against an onslaught. The Saintess is urged to retreat due to her importance to the Empire, and she reluctantly complies, while others attempt to hold off the attackers. A skilled Swordmaster and a powerful mage join the fight but are quickly overpowered. The tide starts to turn when a high-level archmage uses a powerful freezing field magic, offering the Holy Empire a chance to recover.
