Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character heading towards the 'abyss', a place of powerful opponents, despite knowing past failures. They are then challenged by a 'Black Gatekeeper General' who showcases an unexpectedly high rank, leading into a battle. During this intense fight, the General reflects on his motivations and finally admits he has been training just one skill for a thousand years. He considers the fight enjoyable despite his opponent being an 'adapter'.
