Synopsis

The chapter features a character, seemingly the protagonist, engaging in various conversations and interactions. He encounters a person who is intent on killing him for a spirit stone, another who brings him to an alley, and ultimately reveals that he is aiming to meet the Mare, a powerful entity to obtain information about the Abyss. A woman, initially thought to be a captive, is revealed to be a powerful figure called the Witch of Massacre, who is then confronted by a group revealing they are aware of her powers and trapping her within the fort.
