Synopsis

Jaehwan is searching for his friend Yoonhwan, who is not on the tower's top floor but is alive and in a dangerous situation. He consults with a information broker within the Metabuss, who also shares about how information gathering has changed since the gods stopped being curious. The chapter also flashes back to a moment where Jaehwan was asked what wish he'd make upon reaching the tower's summit. Jaehwan eventually finds a place where the tastes of his old life are being recreated. He encounters powerful individuals and learns his friend's capture is connected to a being more powerful than the Chief Commander.
