Synopsis

The chapter opens with a character revealing their plan to control gods on the 'Metabus' by stripping them of their agency and using them for power, establishing a firm control over the 'Alliance'. Simultaneously, an election is underway, with various candidates vying for power with outlandish and comical pledges, driven by a desire for change. It is revealed that a group called the 'terrorists' is at a disadvantage and their votes are being split amongst multiple candidates before being combined into one to challenge the current leader. Despite their efforts, they are still trailing the current leader, highlighting the large number of gods resistant to change.
