Synopsis

The chapter focuses on the protagonist's attempt to liberate individuals trapped in cocoons within a power plant, finding them resistant to waking from their 'yesterday'. He learns that the 'Metabus' is a place where people gather seeking to fulfill wishes in past illusions, and that many are aware that they are experiencing manufactured realities yet find happiness within them.
