Synopsis

The chapter introduces the idea of "Sanctuaries" which are worlds born from a god's unique perspective. It's revealed that Jaehwan's worldview is geared towards destroying all worlds, which clashes with Edan's. During a battle, it seems that a powerful attack that should have worked does not, and Edan's ability to endlessly revive himself and his puppets, unless he dies is causing problems. Another character states he betrayed them because they are going to die if they climb higher and also suggests that they are not the heroes they think they are, and that they are about to lose.
