Synopsis

The chapter opens with a heated exchange where the protagonist demands answers from a restrained Andersen about his actions. Andersen claims to not create puppets himself, but acknowledges knowing of other puppet makers. Andersen surprisingly surrenders and sells his own self-restraint devices. The chapter ends with a revelation that the puppets willingly became such, as Andersen's power stems from the concept others hold of him, and even with a seal broken, he did not disappear.
