Synopsis

A new character named Hermes appears, claiming the tower has a debt to his 'Management Agency' for the mana supply. He disrupts the tower and argues with the tower master, who is already under pressure as his students seem unsettlingly eager. Meanwhile, the tower master is told that the tower's internal ecosystem is threatened by an unknown mana source, which could lead to its collapse if cut off, and then the chapter concludes with yet another mystery character appearing.
