Synopsis

The chapter begins with an explanation of how the party entered the area, followed by the discovery of a powerful magic circle. They realize the antagonist's strength is tied to fear, and he manipulated the protagonist into a weakened state. The protagonist is then presented with a trial involving the aggregation of others' fears, where success means immense power and failure results in total destruction of their mind. He immediately accepts the challenge.
