Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist procuring a variety of items recommended by Kirikiri, including insect repellent, smoke beads, and a speed elixir, realizing the fifth floor boss will be more challenging than initially thought. Upon encountering the boss, a lizardman, the protagonist observes its unusual defensive stance and the skill which allows it to 'read' the protagonist. The lizardman, surprisingly, shows respect, offers the protagonist the first move, and then declares a bizarre desire to marry the protagonist, completely throwing them off balance.
