Synopsis

Karina, eager to move faster, gets permission to travel ahead with Hertha. They meet Goreden, who was initially separated from the advance squad, and is now tasked with accompanying the second party. Goreden makes arrangements for Karina to travel comfortably in a carriage or on Hertha, eventually choosing the latter. The chapter ends with the main party moving towards the second group, while Rohan, trying to conceal the aftermath of a Haron battle, struggles to understand his feelings for Karina.
