Synopsis

Karina discusses her difficult past with a friend, resolving to live for the future and pay off her debts. Meanwhile, Millaion, the lord, prepares for an expedition to the North, a land of demons. He reassures Karina that he will return in two days for lunch, however this is a lie to ease her concerns as he expects to return later, and the chapter ends with Karina expressing excitement to see him and reveals her recent changes in attitude.
