Synopsis

The chapter begins with a chaotic scene involving a red light, air support, and Officer Song being carried to a specific location. This is followed by a barricade being set up to contain a group of escaping prisoners. One of the characters, Noah is confronted by another awakened individual that seems to be immortal and is connected to his brother's previous imprisonment, who then unleashes his full power to fight him. The chapter ends with a fight about past grudges.
