Synopsis

The chapter delves into the nature of the 'Origin' and how the protagonist's brother is connected to it. It introduces the 'Filial Piety Addicts', who want the Origin to consume worlds, and those trying to stop it who are known as the 'Depraved.' The group learns of a method to delay the world's end by gathering fifty S-class hunters, but this is just a temporary measure. Amidst this, the characters deal with the fallout of the dungeon raid, and the protagonist resolves to find a way to save his brother.
