Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist trying to kill a monster using a barrier and poison but fails as the monster escapes. A young girl, witnessing the protagonist's efforts, becomes determined to gain power. Driven by her desire to protect herself and others, she suddenly awakens with powerful S-rank abilities, including a freezing skill, and uses her newfound powers to take on the monster. The chapter ends with the protagonist and an ally recognizing her remarkable growth and power.
