Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist arriving at an incineration facility where he discovers it's used to dispose of bodies of those who don't pay debts. He learns the people in charge, such as Professor Su and the Vice Society Leader, are out. The protagonist then gets sidetracked by a conversation about a 'sex maniac' and decides to change their destination to Ihwa Prefecture, the Cloud Rain Society's location, to search for the described person.
