Synopsis

The protagonist forcefully takes control of the Black Pearl Fort, appointing Dokgo Saeng as the new Fort Master. He demands the destruction of the rampart, criticizes the fort's isolation and corrupt practices, and threatens violence if his orders are not followed. He also simplifies the fort's complex rules and tasks them with rebuilding using the fort's resources, ending with a confrontation with the formidable Gold Boar upon his return.
