Synopsis

The protagonist declares he will no longer search for his hidden enemy, opting to eliminate assassins as they come. He sees life as having small joys and inevitable pain, which he attributes to people like the assassins. He offers Dukang liquor to a group of captured assassins, using it as a means to discern which of them he might be able to reason with. After the test, the assassins reveal their group is decentralized, centered around an individual known as the 'Swift Whirlwinds', not a physical location, thus refuting their assumption of a headquarters.
