Synopsis

The chapter opens with the protagonists observing a bandit camp where a child is being held hostage. They assess the bandits' strength and decide to rescue the child rather than wait for reinforcements. One protagonist uses mana to block sound while the other launches a surprise attack. The chapter ends with the characters realizing that the base of the Snow Tiger Claws might be nearby.
