Synopsis

The chapter begins with a notice about a break in the series, followed by the announcement of a special training exercise which turns out to be a mission to eliminate mountain bandits. These bandits, known as the "Snow Tiger Claw," have been terrorizing merchants and villages. Runan is shown training and contemplating seeking advice from Kaon, before later being praised by his brother, who also expresses concern about Runan's safety.
