Synopsis

Raon is undergoing intense training in Valcan's furnace, entering a meditative state that allows him to absorb the furnace's mana directly, aiming to strengthen his fire abilities. While in this trance, he's ambushed by an antagonist who seeks to exploit his vulnerability. Raon struggles to maintain both his technique and his physical integrity, realizing he must push his limits to survive and thinking of how to adapt to the situation. He chooses to directly consume the furnace's mana instead of just the heat, resulting in a surge of new power.
