Synopsis

The chapter begins by detailing Lambaster's fragmented districts and corrupt management, with the characters discussing their plan to conquer it. Simon is seemingly captured by Delkia after being drugged, but it is revealed to be a ruse when Simon and his hidden allies intervene during Delkia's meeting with the Gray Merchant Union. The chapter ends with the reveal of a third party involved in Lambaster's power struggle, as Simon reveals he was working with a mysterious new character that is also familiar with Serrika.
