Synopsis

Delkia is offered a powerful paralysis potion by a merchant named Moris, who wants an item Simon possesses in return. Simon is confronted by a former weapon supplier who recognizes the demonic sword he carries and is then attacked by assassins who were hired as protection after a previous assassination. Simon is then warned about the owner of Lambaster Cage, Linze Nihalof, and her manipulations of him and his fights, and is urged to leave for his safety. He decides he wants to meet her anyway.
