Synopsis

Zeke explains his grandmother's connection to Madam Florelle, revealing why she favors him, while also mentioning his past mistreatment by the Count's family. The group is interrupted by an approaching carriage at an unusual hour, leading to a confrontation with paladins. Separately, Zeke begins training a new rookie by forcing him to fight a goblin, showing the rookie's unexpected potential.
