Synopsis

The chapter starts with the protagonist escaping their imprisonment, aided by a friend and the distraction caused by the princess. They are then introduced to a figure referred to as "Mother," who has the ability to remove divinity, thus masking the protagonist's power. Later, the protagonist and their companion discuss a friend's ability to use powers without divine presence and a protection mission for a noble's daughter until a specific point in time.
