The chapter focuses on a group learning that Liberatio possesses a map relic, however, it's been damaged and now points to numerous locations due to internal conflict between factions. One faction aims to summon the gods, and the other seeks to destroy them. A character known as "The Captain" engages in a fight, while others are ordered to escape with the archeologists and told not to get involved in the battle, and the chapter ends with questioning of one of the members regarding the faction.
A map relic is revealed to point to multiple locations due to factional fighting within Liberatio, who are split between those trying to summon and those trying to destroy gods. A fight breaks out between the captain and others who are attempting to leave.
