Synopsis

The chapter begins with the protagonist realizing his seemingly ordinary stick is actually the legendary "Godslayer Stick," Mistilteinn, from Norse mythology. He learns it needs to be awakened to unleash its full potential and receives sapling powder as an artifact for that purpose. Later, he encounters a mysterious masked figure before meeting Shin Jonghak, who reveals the protagonist's actions are altering the original story of the novel. The chapter ends with the protagonist and allies deciding to keep their encounter with a demonic human secret.
