Synopsis

Han Sungmin is frustrated by Kim Jaeju's ambiguous answers and calm demeanor, suspecting he possesses extensive knowledge about the Tower. It is revealed there was a blackout on the 10th floor which caused major changes, similar to the 11th, and that Kim Jaeju has been under surveillance by Han. The chapter concludes with a tense negotiation where they decide to compete based on information, Han finally offering to share details about the recent floor trials to gauge Kim Jaeju's reaction.
