Synopsis

After some initial conflicts, including a failed attempt to get compensation, Black Scythe confronts a group causing trouble during an election process. Black Scythe uses overwhelming force to subdue the group and then explains his reasoning for not killing them to his companion. He highlights that killing them has no benefits, would negatively impact the player pool in the long run, and that they are incapable of causing future issues, showing a tactical understanding of the situation.
