Synopsis

Baron Gorneo recounts accidentally saving a Lindis Empire carriage from assassins with a lightning strike, and proposes helping the princess, while also publicizing his vaccine work. Later, the protagonist is unexpectedly approached by Elena of the secret knight order, and recruited as a disciple to help battle evil spirits from the Fanvoka region. She explains the nature of the threat and the group's operation before they encounter dangerous, poisoned monsters for their first battle.
