Synopsis

After witnessing the dwarven blacksmiths' disrespect towards a holy item and their self-justifying rationalizations, the protagonist criticizes their stagnant craftsmanship. He then demonstrates his mastery by recreating the item, incorporating unconventional methods that challenge their limited thinking. This display forces the dwarves to acknowledge their shortcomings and leads to an offer to teach them his skills, in exchange for something in return. The chapter culminates with a tease of his next task: work at a Golem factory.
